Azora Fashion – Terms of Service & Membership Agreement

By accessing, purchasing from, or using the Azora Fashion website (“Azora Fashion,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be legally bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not complete your purchase or use this website.

1. VIP MEMBERSHIP ENROLLMENT
By completing checkout on Azora Fashion, you expressly acknowledge and agree that you are enrolling in the Azora Fashion VIP Membership Program, which includes automatic recurring billing.
You authorize Azora Fashion to charge your selected payment method $29.99 USD every 30 days on a recurring basis until you cancel. This charge will appear on your billing statement as Azora Fashion VIP, Azora Fashion, or a similar descriptor.
Your membership begins immediately upon checkout. The first recurring charge will occur 30 days after your initial purchase, unless otherwise clearly disclosed at checkout.

2. RECURRING BILLING AUTHORIZATION
By submitting your payment information, you provide express written consent for recurring charges in accordance with these Terms. This authorization remains in effect until you cancel your membership.
You acknowledge that:
• Recurring charges are automatic
• You are solely responsible for maintaining a valid payment method
• Failed payments may result in account suspension or termination
Azora Fashion reserves the right to retry failed payments and use updated billing information provided by your card issuer.

3. NO REFUNDS / NO CHARGEBACKS
All membership fees are non-refundable, including partially used billing cycles. Once a billing cycle has started, no refunds, credits, or prorations will be issued under any circumstances, except where required by law.
By agreeing to these Terms, you waive the right to file a chargeback without first contacting Azora Fashion support. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of membership access.

4. CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel your VIP Membership at any time prior to your next billing date to avoid future charges. Cancellation requests must be submitted through customer support.
Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for any previously charged or pending fees. You are responsible for ensuring your cancellation request is received and confirmed before the next billing cycle.

5. BILLING DISPUTES
Any billing disputes must be submitted in writing to support@azora.com within 7 days of the transaction date. Failure to notify Azora Fashion within this time frame constitutes acceptance of the charge.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and digital assets, is the exclusive property of Azora Fashion and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

7. USER CONDUCT
You agree not to:
• Use the site for unlawful purposes
• Abuse promotions, refunds, or membership benefits
• Engage in fraudulent or chargeback-related activity
Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of service without notice.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Azora Fashion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or membership program.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the most recent billing cycle.

Azora Fashion reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the site or membership constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
